About Us
The PoolLock story began in 1972 when Siv. Ing. Harald Einevoll began in Bergen, Norway, to develop systems for managing air quality, reducing heating/energy costs as well as improving water quality on farms and in agricultural environments. The business then evolved to include production and assembly of safety covers for swimming pools. PoolLock´s first safety pool cover was installed in Norway in 1975. In the beginning, PoolLock slatted and safety covers were produced only for the Norwegian market but after expanding to other European markets in the 1990s, it became necessary to find new locations closer to our customers.
In 2019, PoolCovers Hellas was established in in Thessaloniki, Greece, as a new base for the assembly and distribution of agricultural and energy-saving systems as well as safety covers for swimming pools.
